After much debating with himself, curiosity got the better of him and he drove a few kilometres to get to his destination.

Above the door leading into the warehouse, the words: XB-12 were etched carefully in small letters with sharp angles. James extended his hand and cautiously twisted the rusty knob. He lightly shoved the door open and drew back a breath at the sight. Branches elegantly outstretched their arms towards the ceiling and foliage covered every corner of the warehouse, leaves gracefully holding onto the beautiful trees. It was a whole forest. James prudently stepped forward and stroked the smooth trunk. However, a significantly more beguiling sight was hanging above him. Plump apples shone gloriously in the bright light coming from the entry. A thought abruptly hit James. How did the trees grow without light? After a few minutes of pondering, he gave up and stuck out his hands to pluck the apples from the tree. He beheld it for a moment behind biting into it.

The world stopped. Then the bomb exploded inside James' mouth. Flavour burst from the fruit and the tangy taste of kiwi coated his mouth.
